1. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
2. All returns must be in the same condition as it leaves the yard
3. All returns will be inspected by one of the Stone Depot sales team before it is accepted
4. All paver/wall returns must be packaged in layers as they left the factory
5. All paver/wall returns must be in the original wrapping or shrink wrapped so they can easily be forked out of a truck/trailer
6. Stone Depot employees are not responsible to restack paver/wall items
7. CSW/Ledgestone wall and all Wet Cast Products are non-returnable
8. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
9. All special orders are non-returnable
